Résumé

Le COVID-19 en tant que pandémie mondiale a eu des conséquences au niveau de la santé, mais aussi au niveau social, car pour empêcher sa propagation, les gouvernements ont pris des mesures qui ont affecté le travail, adoptant le télétravail comme alternative pour pouvoir continuer les activités de travail de domicile. Cette étude analyse les caractéristiques du télétravail et son impact sur la perception de la productivité et du bien-être des personnes isolées socialement à cause du COVID-19. L'étude a été menée en Équateur, sur un échantillon de 459 personnes ayant répondu à un questionnaire en ligne. Les résultats trouvés montrent qu'il existe des aspects qui affectent la productivité, comme le travail de longues heures, les compétences personnelles, en particulier l'auto-motivation et les compétences organisationnelles, et la santé mentale. Avec cette recherche, une meilleure compréhension de la situation du télétravail en confinement due au COVID-19 est obtenue, permettant aux individus et aux organisations de développer des ressources afin que le travail à domicile soit réussi et que les gens se sentent satisfaits tout en cette situation dure.
