Abstract

Las mujeres embarazadas con diabetes requieren un control estricto y delicado paralograr un buen control metabólico. La Autoeficacia ha mostrado ser un factor importante en este tipo de conductas. Existe la necesidad de desarrollar escalas específicas y breves que estén acorde a la población estudiada. El estudio tiene como propósito precisamente el de desarrollar la Escala de Autoeficacia a la Alimentación Prescrita (EAAP), para mujeres embarazadas con diabetes, así como evaluar sus propiedades psicométricas y en relación con los aspectos socio-demográficos en una muestra del sector Salud de la ciudad de México / MX. Participaron 195mujeres de entre 18 y 42 años. Los resultados indican que la EAAP es una escala que cuenta con consistencia interna alta y validez.
