Abstract

Objetivo: Examinar a qualidade de vida, o bem-estar psicológico e a autoeficácia de mulheres jovens com

câncer de mama. Participantes: 37 mulheres com câncer de mama (idade média 36,54 anos, DP=2,85).

Instrumentos: WHOQOL-bref, questionário de saúde geral de Goldberg-12 e escala de autoeficácia

geral percebida. Resultados: Correlação de Pearson mostrou correlações positivas significativas entre

qualidade de vida, bem-estar psicológico e autoeficácia. Teste t indicou que mulheres submetidas a

mastectomia total apresentaram melhor qualidade de vida ambiental que mulheres submetidas a mastectomia

conservadora. Análise de regressão linear evidenciou que as variáveis bem-estar psicológico e

autoeficácia foram preditoras significativas da qualidade de vida total, explicando 48,4% da variância.

Assim, observa-se a importância das variáveis psicológicas positivas como bem-estar e autoeficácia

para a qualidade de vida nessas pacientes.
