The Interamerican Journal of Psychology (IJP) is published since 1967 by the Interamerican Society of Psychology. It is the policy of the journal to publish the current developments of Interamerican Psychology under both the theoretical and the applied and professional perspective; doing this, the journal aims to promote communication and cooperation among psychologists from the different Interamerican Countries.

Special Call On: Critical Intersections in Psychology: Gender, Human Rights, Dependency and Decoloniality”

The Interamerican Journal of Psychology invites researchers and academics to submit contributions for a special call on focused on the intersection between psychology and critical theories (gender, human rights, dependency, and decoloniality). We are looking for studies that explore how these theories can enrich our understanding of psychological and social phenomena. Proposals in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or English must be submitted on our platform by June 30, 2025. Send your questions to journal@sipsych.org
