The aim of the project was to provide assistance to school-age children who have been impacted by the violence in the US-Mexico Border. The target population for this project was130 children grades 4<sup>th</sup> and 5<sup>th</sup> from a southwestern United States elementary school. Children participated in an 8-week program that combined elements of social emotional learning (SEL) and narrative therapy. A detailed description of the program will be provided. Lessons learned and recommendations for future implementations will be also addressed.</p> ER -
