This study conduce the science of the I/O Psychology to the Family Organization like a productive group, making possible analyze their members like human capital in continuing development from their family daily live organization and administrative commitment. In this job we use the administrative and organizational theories in the daily live family. We apply the administrative and organizational theories to review how it help or disrupt the productivity levels in the workplace and in the academics setting in adult and young human capital from family organization making or not them capable to compete in their economic word.
